To change the menu we need two applications: Better StartMenu and Better StartMenu Helper the first one can easily download it from windows store, while the second you can find it to this link. Once you download everything you need, we go to analyze the two programs.
The first Better Startmenu serves to position applications in the star menu, while better startmenu helper serves to create/personalize our icons which we will then position.

Its use is very easy through visual indications.
Let’s start by clicking on “New Title”, so you will find a set of settings that you can customize:
Select
just click inside the frame and then select the chosen image (written sizes are the recommended ones);
Other options
here in the date line you write the title you want to give to the icon and if you want to make it visible (you can use creative fonts going you “Create advanced title”). In the Background color section we can choose the background of the icon, but the latter must be in png format
Action
In this section you can say what type of startup you need, if you start it as administrator, select the path/app to start in the select section. In the end, just a click on “Generate tile date” and the game is done
*to make your menu work, select the check on “Run at startup” will make sure Better StartMenu Helper starts minimized in the notification area when the PC starts
Better StartMenu
Here the application once started is very basic. Here by clicking on “refresh list” will appear wax icons on Better StartMenu Helper. To add them to the start menu, just select it from the central area and click on “Pin selected to Start Menu”.
Create/find icons
To create icons it is very simple you can use free programs like our beloved Paint or use premium software (such as photoshop), but if you want to see already ready icons you can view website which has a great variety.
