# Contact

There is only one address:

**contact@alemasone.com**

I reply in Italian, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and German, usually within a few working days.

## What I handle by email

- **Errors and inaccuracies** in an article: if something I wrote is wrong, I want to know.
- **Copyright**: reports concerning text or images published here.
- **Privacy**: requests about your personal data, as explained in the [privacy policy](/en/privacy/).
- **Collaborations and proposals** of any kind.

## What I don't handle

I don't provide technical support: I can't follow individual problems with a particular computer, phone or program case by case. If a guide doesn't work in your situation, the useful thing is to report it as an error — that way I fix the article, and it helps whoever reads it next.
